Alongside being hands on creating videos, blogs, and graphics, I served as the project manager for two internal teams: Investor Services and MSR Services during my previous role at Mortgage Capital Trading. I focused heavily on decision-making, organization, and preparation to ensure that all projects and content were effectively managed to deliver the best outcomes.
In this capacity, I held bi-weekly meetings with each team to track progress on projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and continuity. Additionally, I conducted yearly recap and brainstorming sessions, where I compiled metrics, gathered team input, and developed updated marketing plans tailored to each team's goals.

One email marketing strategy I contributed to was the development of an automated email drip series in MailChimp. This campaign sent weekly emails to recipients who engaged with the previous email, targeting individuals who showed interest in MCT's services. The goal was to nurture curiosity, build engagement, and reinforce MCT's position as a knowledge leader in the industry.

A big part of the content and project management I led with the MSR and Investor Services team was extensive planning and organization to ensure campaigns were delivered to the right audience at the right time.
To further achieve this initiative, I created detailed click and open rate reports of all emails that went out to analyze the performance of each campaign and provide insights for continuous improvement.
